Facility Rules
Back Print Page Email Page
  • There is a 200 person minimum for Saturday evening bookings during the months of December, April, May and June.
  • A head count and final payment are due two weeks prior to your special event. Make your best estimate as we can always go up but not down. Food has been ordered and our staff has been scheduled. Your final menu is also due at this time.
  • If you exceed the number of guests you are contracted for, a bill for the additional guests will be issued to you at the end of your event and payment is due at that time.
  • No tape or thumbtacks on walls or floors. Pictures are not to be removed from walls. All banners and decorations are to be removed at end of function.
  • The facility will open two hours prior to your event for decorating and deliveries. If that time frame is not convenient for your deliveries, other arrangements can be made through your event coordinator.
  • Prior to your event, the bar will not be open. If you are having your wedding at our facility and will be here for several hours prior to your event time, we suggest you bring water bottles or soft drinks.  Our staff is busy preparing for your special event.
  • If you did not receive a cake knife or champagne flutes as wedding gifts, we do have these items for you to borrow. If you did get them as gifts, we ask that you bring them in the boxes they came in so we can pack them for a safe trip home after your special event.
  • We suggest you bring plastic tubs, boxes, and large gift bags to pack all of your personal items at your time of departure. You will have wedding gifts, your decorations, left over cake and food to pack up. We do not give To Go boxes to guests. Food left over will be given to the person paying for the event.
  • We are a smoke free facility. All smoking is to be done on the patio outside the bar area.
  • Chairs are rented for outside events from a different vendor. The cost is $1.50 per chair plus tax and a $75.00 delivery, setup and pickup fee.
  • Rehearsals are for one hour and cost $50. You are only allowed one hour, so please have your wedding party arrive on time and start on time. If you use our Wedding Rehearsal Guide, you will be prepared for your rehearsal and should be able to run through the procession two or three times.
  • When you ask for our opinion, remember it is only an opinion. This is your special day and your way is the right way. Do what makes you feel most comfortable. We are here to assist you in making your event perfect. If you have any questions, call your event coordinator.
