100 people or less - $300.00 Facility Fee
Continental Breakfast - $6.95/person
Buffet Style Breakfast - $9.95/person
Buffet Style Lunch - $14.95/person
Dinner - $20.00 and up/person
Beverage Service all day - $2.50/person
Afternoon Snack - $3.95/person
All Day Meal Plan - $24.95/person

TV / DVD / VCR - $100 per day
Projector (for laptop) - $100 per day
- Facility fee per 3 hours. Additional hours $100/hour. Maximum of 2 facility fees per event if contracting meals.
- Lunch buffet has choice of two entrees, two vegetables, salad, bread and dessert.
- Pricing for dinner buffet based on actual menu.
- Full service plated meals available and priced upon request.
- All materials brought in for function to be removed by Lessee unless other arrangements have been made.
- Pictures are not to be removed from walls.
- No tape on floors or walls.
- 10% gratuity and 9% sales tax added to total bill. Gratuity may be adjusted according to services requested.
- Sit down served lunch/dinner has a choice of one entrée.
- 1 Microphone and Podium provided at no additional charge.
