1) How many hours do you allow for a reception?

Our receptions are priced for three hours. You may add additional hours per the prices on our price sheet. We do allow access to the facility two hours prior to your event for decorating, cake delivery, flowers, etc.

2) What do you provide for the guest tables?

Every table is covered in a long white table cloth with either a white or black topper. Our chairs are covered in white with either a white or black bow on the back of the chair. Our center pieces for our round tables are a round mirrored tile with a crystal globe that burns an oil candle. Very simple but elegant.

3) How many people can you accommodate for and inside and outside wedding?

Inside weddings we can accommodate up to 200 seated guests. Outside weddings are limitless.

4) Are we able to use our own DJ?

Yes you are allowed to use your own DJ service. We have DJ's we highly reccommend, But you are allowed to use anyone you want.

5) Do you allow live bands?

Yes, with certain stipulations as to equipment move-in/move-out.

6) Does the Bride & Groom get food to go?

The Bride & Groom will leave with a sampling of all the food that was served during the reception. We do understand that you do not have much time to sit and eat during your special event so we send a food package with you as you leave.

7) What is done with the left over food?

Any food left over is sent home with the person paying for the event. We do not reuse food and everything is prepared fresh for your occasion.

8) Do I need to bring champagne flutes for my Bridal Party Toast?

No, we will provide the champagne and the toasting flutes for the Bridal Party. If the Bride and Groom recieve toasting flutes as a gift, we ask that you bring them in a sturdy box and when the evening is over, we will have washed them and placed them back in their box for a safe trip home.
